Changes and Returns
You are entitled to exchange or refund items within 14 days of receiving your package. The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging and including all tags. If you live outside the European Union it’s important that you pay for shipping and toll declaration, otherwise, we can’t receive your shipment.
In case of a refund or exchange, neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid. On the occasion of an exchange, you will be also charged for the new shipping cost.
Damages
If your product arrived damaged we will change it free of charge. Please send us an email to shop@lapointcamps.com and notify us before posting the package.

Shipping
We ship your package from our warehouse on the Swedish west coast in Åsa. All our logistics are handled by our delivery partner DHL. If we have the product in stock we will ship it the next working day after receiving your order. Delivery time depends on your country and can be seen on the check-out page. Usually, it takes between 5-14 business days.
DHL reserves the right to charge higher shipping rates for difficult-to-access delivery locations such as islands, mountainside towns and rural areas. Such cases could see higher shipping costs than declared below.

We also work with a lot of partners around Europe that ship your package from their warehouses directly to your doorstep. The general delivery time is 5-14 business days.
Payments
We use Klarna as the provider of our checkout. Klarna Checkout makes it easy, flexible and safe for you to shop online. By answering a few questions, you can easily identify yourself and choose the payment method that suits you best. A feature of Klarna Checkout is that they differentiate between purchase and payment. First you confirm your purchase and then you choose how you want to pay.
There are several payment methods: Pay now (card payments and bank transfers), Klarna Invoice, Financing (instalment plans of 6, 12, 24 and 36 months with flexible payments). The “Pay Now” option supports all major card issuers including Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express.
In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might transfer your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna when the checkout is loaded, in order for Klarna to manage your purchase. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.
